Navigate to your dashboard and click the 'Create Store' button. Fill in all the required details about your store, location, and payment information, then submit the form for approval.

Your store must have a valid name, contact phone number, and physical location. We review each application to ensure it meets our platform's standards for quality and legitimacy.

Payments are processed to the M-Pesa number or bank account you provided in the 'Payout Details' section during store creation. You can update these details from your store settings.

Yes, during the store setup process, you can select from a list of our partnered pickup points and delivery services. If you don't see your preferred service, please contact us.
